Martin Rath is both the director and the screenwriter of the film "Arena"; photography - Bartosz Świniarski. The film was made under the artistic supervision of Mariusz Grzegorzek and Ryszard Lenczewski.

So far the film has won the following prizes: the Grand Prix at the Cork IFF; the Grand Prix at the Bytom FIlm Festival, the Student Visionary Award in Berkeley, and the Best Short Film at the "Arpa" IFF in Los Angeles. The film's cinematographer, Bartosz Świniarski, received a distinction at the Kustendorf International Music and Film Festival, the Bytom Film Festival and the "Early Bird" Student Film Festival in Sofia.
