On July 30, at 9 p.m. at the National Stadium there was a premiere of the film "Miasto 44" directed by Jan Komasa, a Lodz Film School graduate. The film was seen by 10,000 people.
Among the viewers there were representatives of the highest state authorities as well as those who faught in the Warsaw uprising. The tickets for the premiere had been distributed at festivals and various film competitions.
The premiere of the film "Miasto 44" is one of the events commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising.
