The Poitiers Film Festival takes place from 1 to 8, December in France. The festival is organized by the Théâtre Auditorium de Poitiers, where every year young and experienced filmmakers, as well as viewers, are invited to watch student productions together and then talk about them.

35 films from international film schools qualified for this year's edition of the Short Film Competition including MAGMA by Helena Oborska. In October, the film had its international premiere at the 6th Yerevan Short Film Festival.
