MICHAŁ TOCZEK received the Silver Hobby-Horse Award at the 62nd Krakow Film Festival in the Polish Competition for directing the best short fiction film A DEAD MARRIAGE.

The Krakow Film Festival is the most important festival of documentary, short and animated films in Poland.

This year, the program includes over 180 films from around the world, including about 100 world and Polish premieres, and the festival takes place in cinemas (May 29 to June 5) and on the Internet (June 3-12).
The films were presented in 4 competitions: 3 international competitions (documentary, short and DocFilmMusic), in the Polish competition and in numerous non-competitive and special screenings.

Fourty-year-old Filip is a professional extra playing dead bodies. On the set of a film he meets Łucja thanks to whom he has a chance to feel alive again.
