The Theatre Research Club of PhD students cordially invites students and PhD students as well as school lecturers to a meeting (masterclass) with Wojciech Faruga, director, set designer, screenwriter and playwright, and currently the director of the Hieronim Konieczka Polish Theatre in Bydgoszcz.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 29, at 4 p.m. on the Teams platform of the Łódź Film School.

Our guest will talk about his method of working with actors and how to adapt a film script for the stage using the example of "The Decalogue" (based on Krzysztof Kieślowski's film) and "Rosemary" (inspired by Roman Polański's "Rosemary's Baby").

The interview will be conducted by Monika Czajkowska, PhD student at the Film Directing and Television Department of the Łódź Film School, lecturer at the Editing Faculty, chairperson of the PhD Students' Theatre Research Club.

It will also be possible for participants of the meeting to ask questions.
