On September 12 and 13, the premiere of the diploma play THE SEAGULL directed by Grzegorz Wiśniewski, with nine actors of the graduation year in the cast took place at the Studyjny Theatre.
Over a month of intense work, sleepless nights, uncertainty whether COVID will enable a meeting with the audience ... WE’VE MADE IT !!!
The audience met us live! Two premieres are already behind us. Two more are ahead of us.
- “The impression is so great that I’m short for words. It’s a very strong spectacle. You've done an amazing job!” - the Rector of the Lodz Film School, Milenia Fiedler addressed the actors thanking them for their work.
– COVID did not prevent us from this unique, premiere meeting and the exchange of fantastic energy, which is what theatre really is! - said the Dean of the Acting Department, Piotr Seweryński.
The play has been directed by Grzegorz Wiśniewski, known for his psychological insight into the presented characters, a professor at the Lodz Film School, director permanently cooperating with the Wybrzeże Theatre in Gdańsk.
