Summer break at the theatre? Not at all. There is a rehearsal there every day. The Lodz Film School acting students rehearse the new diploma show under close supervision of its director, Mariusz Grzegorzek.

This will be the first of three diploma shows opening the repertoire of the Studyjny Theatre in the coming academic year.

What do we know? Not much, but we are intrigued by what is leaking from the rehearsals.

We know that LIFE cannot be classified, that it will be a scary, romantic, tragic, comic, science-fiction, cowboy-detective STORY. That is all we know from the director, Mariusz Grzegorzek who quotes Alan Moore.

We know that it will be a DIPLOMA, and therefore the END of the School,
but the actors will not show off or prove anything.
(That’s not for sure, though)
We know they want to be TOGETHER; with one another, with you.
That they want to leave the safety zone and touch the danger zone.
And feel something very strongly! Even for a moment!
Even if mum, dad, grandmother, teacher and priest keep saying:
DON’T EAT IT – IT’S FOR CHRISTMAS!
