Polish Film Awards: Eagles were established in 1999 by Dariusz Jabłoński, director, film producer, for many years the president of the Polish Film Academy. During those 20 years of their history, Eagles has become one of the most prestigious and most desired award on the Polish film market, annually received by the best film makers. The Polish Film Awards are given for highest achievements in 17 categories. This year 56 films were competing for the Polish Film Awards, members of the Academy chose out of 42 titles for the Best Documentary and for the Best TV Series they chose from 16 films. Our lecturers and graduates are among the nominees for Polish Film Awards: Eagles 2019 with the votes of members of the Polish Film Academy.
