The launch of the project took place on 7 and 8 January. The representatives of our school, FAMU from Prague, VSMU from Bratislava and ADU from Zagreb will participate together in an international project organized within Erasmus + Program, Action 2: Strategic Partnerships, devoted to editing.

Within the framework of the project four international workshops for editing students, who will be learning the skills and secrets of the art of editing from experienced professionals, will be organized. Additionally, each of the participating schools will provide a selection of films prepared especially for educational purposes, as well as the programs of the classes. Eventually, these materials will be available on a public online platform. International meetings with students will be an opportunity to evaluate the didactic value of the materials and test different concepts of their use in the educational process.

It is a two-year-long project whose coordinators from the Lodz Film School are the editing lecturers, Milenia Fiedler and Jarosław Kamiński.
