On 10 Dec, our MA and PhD students received the Scholarships of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage at a Ceremony held at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. Congratulations!

The scholarships granted by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage to the best students were received by:

 Karolina Bruchnicka (acting student)
 Adrian Gachewicz (photography student)
 Joanna Szczęsnowicz (editing student)
 Paulina Walendziak (acting student)
 Karolina Wojtas (photography student)
Marta Prus (PhD student, direction graduate)

 Congratulations!

At the ceremony, the students were accompanied by Vice-Rector in charge of students and curriculum, Michał Staszczak.

‘I hope that it will be you, young and talented scholarship winners, who will set new directions of European art and culture development – said Vice- Minister of Culture, Wanda Zwinogrodzka, at the Gala held at the Royal Castle where the scholarships were granted to the artistic school students in recognition of exceptional achievements during their studies.

For many years, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage has granted scholarships to students for outstanding achievements in artistic creation. In order to obtain the scholarship the student must have a high grade average and significant artistic achievements. Over 15 thousand students are educated in the art schools supervised by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage: music academies, fine art academies and theatre and film schools, which constitutes less than 1% of all students.
