It will be possible to meet the film’s director, Jagoda Szelc just before the premiere screening of "Tower. A Bright Day." At Warsaw Kinoteka (Plac Defilad 1). „Tower. A Bright Day” will start its cinema tour from 23 March.

Jagoda Szelc’ debut film was made under the artistic supervision of Mariusz Grzegorzek, Lodz Film School Rector. It won two prizes at Gdynia Polish Film Festival (Best Screenplay and Best Debut Film) and was screened in a prestigious Forum 68 Section of Berlin International Film Festival.

This year, Jagoda Szelc, received “Polityka Passport” Award in the film category.

The film “Tower. A Bright Day” was produced by Indeks Studio which functions at the Lodz Film School and facilities professional career of school’s most talented students and graduates. The studio was founded in 1990 by Wojciech Jerzy Has, a famous film director, direction Professor and the Rector of the school.

The film’s distributor is Against Gravity Agency.
