It’s a great achievement to win an award at the prestigious International Short-Film Festival in Clermont-Ferrand. Our student, Renata Gąsiorowska, did just that. Her film ‘Pussy’ was deemed the best animated film of the festival. Congratulations!

Mariusz Wilczyński and Joanna Jasińska fulfilled the roles of artistic supervisors on Renata’s film. A succinct synopsis reads as follows: A young girl spends the evening at home. She decides to organise a self-pleasure session as she is lonely, but not everything goes to plan…

This isn’t the only prize awarded to the film. Recently, ‘Pussy’ won the Jury Prize for a short-length animated feature at AFI FEST in Los Angeles, the award for best animated short at the ‘Młodzi i Film’ Festival in Koszalin and a special award at the Ogólnopolski Festiwal Polskiej Animacji O!PLA.
